Store Manager ( SM ) (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Managing Gallery and responsible for the performance and profitability
* Managing sales team in the Gallery
* Managing the inventory and stock level
* Have excellent leadership skill
* Responsible for optimizing sales, profit, and cost-effectiveness
* Plan and setup promotion event
* Accountable for sales performance, merchandising, and inventory management
* Responsible for reporting requirements
* Provide customer service : Gather feedback & Handle complaints
* Maintenance of displays

Requirements:

* Male or Female, maximum 35 years old
* Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
* At least 1 years experience in similar position at retail business
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Able to operate computer : Ms Office
* Able to work in team and individually
* Willingness to work in shift on WEEKENDS and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
* Pleasant personality & customer-oriented
* Passion for design, art and fashion
* Positive mind set, dynamic, mature, discipline and responsible
* Highly motivated and able to motivated sales team
