URGENTLY REQUIRED Customer Account Manager (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain key customer in an assigned market segment, quality earning and continually growth system solution to satisfy customer needs.
  • Monitoring & explore customer activities initiatively to yield total customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.
  • Maintain constant customers and feedback pertinent information on customer satisfaction.
  • Representing as highly competent & professional public relation.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin/Chinese & computer literate
  • Preferable Engineering degree onwards, with minimum GPA 2.80
  • Minimum 5 years working experience as customer account manager or similar
  • Strong communication, analytical, relationship management skills, & customer service oriented
  • Must be proactive team player and able to work with minimum supervision
