URGENTLY REQUIRED Customer Account Manager (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain key customer in an assigned market segment, quality earning and continually growth system solution to satisfy customer needs.
- Monitoring & explore customer activities initiatively to yield total customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.
- Maintain constant customers and feedback pertinent information on customer satisfaction.
- Representing as highly competent & professional public relation.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, Mandarin/Chinese & computer literate
- Preferable Engineering degree onwards, with minimum GPA 2.80
- Minimum 5 years working experience as customer account manager or similar
- Strong communication, analytical, relationship management skills, & customer service oriented
- Must be proactive team player and able to work with minimum supervision
